By booking a stay at one of our properties, the guest agrees to and is bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment Options

• Non-Refundable Rate: Full payment (100%) of the total stay amount is charged immediately at the time of booking via the secure Stripe platform.

2. Cancellation and Modification Policy

• Non-Refundable Rate: In the event of cancellation, date modification, or a no-show, the amount paid is strictly non-refundable.
